What personal data we collect and why we collect it:

Jewellery Dreams does not collect any personal data about visitors. It only collects the data shown on our user profile screen from registered users.
We use your data for your Name, Address, Phone number and Email Address if necessary to contact you about your Jewellery orders. Your orders with your personal information are then kept for six months and deleted after that time. I will send you updates about Jewellery Dreams when you have allowed me to do this. I will keep them until they are no longer needed then I will delete them the secure way.

Jewellery dreams Reviews:

When customers leave me a review about our services and the jewellery they have bought after the approval of your comment, this is then added to the Jewellery Dreams website review page for everyone to see. I will only use your first name as a reference and the date of the review.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Our Contact details are for customers to ask me for anything about the Jewellery to buy or the gemstones. Leaving your reviews about the jewellery you buy and about the service you received.

I do not use any Analytics measuring plugins for the Jewellery Dreams website but If I install a plugin to show Analytics I will post the details here.

This website runs on WordPress and WooComerce for the shop does not collect any analytics data. But, many web hosting accounts collect some anonymous analytics data.

Who we share your data with:

I Do Not Share any information with third parties. This website created on a plugin called Woo Commerce who help us provide our orders and store services to you. For example: -for Payments for jewellery bought, these payments are through PayPal, you will need to look at their Privacy Policy for who they share their data. We accept payments through PayPal. When processing the payment some of your data will be to PayPal, including information required to process or support payment, such as the sale and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for their link is in blue below.

Your data for Payments of Bespoke Jewellery paid for by BAC’s secure bank transfer. I will only use it to process your payment by this method.

All your data is safe on our SSL secure website. When your order finished I will remove it from Jewellery dreams and store it in a locked file for six months then it is destroyed.

This website is a plugin on WordPress. WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data:

Jewellery Dreams data kept for six months and Customer sales records for six years. The tax office requires me to keep these records for six years.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata retained indefinitely. From this, we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Registered users of our Jewellery Dreams website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data:

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data:

All your personal information is only used between you the client and me, Jacqui Alves of Jewellery Dreams. Your personal information is not passed to any third parties or anyone else. When your data is not required by me for your Jewellery orders it will be deleted by me and nobody else will see any of your personal information. We also have Internet security in place, and an SSL Certificate to protect your personal information, my passwords are also changed regularly.

All information of personal names, addresses, emails and bank details. Are only used by me for Jewellery Dreams orders. This data is not passed on to any third parties. I will email you to contact you about any purchases or bespoke orders you make. I will contact you if you have given me permission about new Jewellery dreams updates. Like new collections and new gemstones.

While you visit this site, we’ll track:

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you. For example PayPal and Royal Mail.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We also accept Bank Transfers, some of your personal information is passed to Santander Bank for the payments you have made.
