What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
Jewellery Dreams do not collect any personal data about visitors. It only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
Jewellery Dreams only collects personal data for its use. This is your Name, Address, Phone number and Email Address. All these are necessary, so, I can contact you about your Jewellery orders. When the orders with your personal information are then kept for 6 months and deleted after that. If you have allowed me to keep your contact details to send you updates about this site only. then I keep them until no longer needed then deleted secure way.
Jewellery dreams Reviews:
When visitors leave comments on the site as a Review. After the approval of your comment, I will only use your first name as a reference and the date of the review. This is then added to this website review page for everyone to see.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Jewellery Dreams visitors cannot download data or images from my website. Copyrighted Jewellery Images©. You are not allowed to copy anything from my website without my permission.
The Contact forms are for customers to ask me for any anything about the Jewellery or the gemstones. Leaving your reviews about the jewellery you buy and about the service you received.

This website runs on WordPress and WooComerce for the shop does not collect any analytics data. But, many web hosting accounts collect some anonymous analytics data.
Who we share your data with:
Payments for Bespoke Jewellery paid for by BAC’s secure bank transfer. Data, I will only use to process your payment by this method.
All your data is safe on our SSL secure website. When your order completed. Your data removed from Jewellery dreams and stored in a locked file for 6 months.
This website is a plugin on WordPress and WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.
How long we retain your data:
Jewellery Dreams Contact form entries I will keep for six months. Customer sale records for six years due to the tax office requirements. Tax office needs me to keep these records for six years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our Jewellery Dreams website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

All your personal information is only used between you the client and me, Jacqui Alves of Jewellery Dreams. Your personal information is not passed to any third parties or anyone else. When your data is not required by me for your Jewellery orders it will be deleted by me and nobody else will see any of your personal information. We also have Internet security in place, and an SSL Certificate to protect your personal information, my passwords are also changed regularly.

All information of personal names, addresses, emails and bank details. Are only used by me for Jewellery Dreams orders. This data is not passed on to any third parties. I will email you to contact you about any purchases or bespoke orders you make. I will contact you if you have given me permission about new Jewellery dreams updates. Like new collections and new gemstones.
