What personal data do we collect? & why do we collect it?-

It includes your Name, Address, Phone number, and Email Address, which we require to contact you regarding any Jewellery orders you place.

We securely keep your order information, along with your personal information, for six months. After that time, we delete it to ensure your privacy.

If you allow us, I will send you updates about Jewellery Dreams. We will keep this information only as long as necessary before deleting it securely.

When you share your feedback on our services and the jewellery you bought, we’ll feature it on the testimonials page of the Jewellery Dreams website. The Jewellery Dreams website currently does not use any Analytics measuring plugins. However, if I decide to install one in the future, I will provide the necessary details here. This website is built using Word Press and WooComerce for its online shop, and it does not gather any analytics data. However, some web hosting accounts may collect anonymous analytics data.

Who we share your data with:

I Do Not Share any information with third parties. This website was created on a plugin called Woo Commerce which helps us provide our orders and store services to you. For example: -Payments for jewellery bought, these payments are through PayPal, and you will need to refer to their Privacy Policy for who they share their data.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, your data will be sent to PayPal, including information required to process or support payment, such as the sale and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for their link in blue below.

If you plan to order customized jewellery, buy a gift card, or buy a deposit for bespoke orders, we recommend using BAC’s secure bank transfer option to pay. The same payment method is also used to process payments for your bespoke order.

We take your data security seriously and use SSL protection on our website to ensure that all your information remains safe. Once your order is fulfilled, we will remove all files from the Jewellery Dreams website and store them in a locked file for six months before deletion.

Payments

To make a payment, we offer three options: PayPal, Credit/Debit cards and Bank Transfer. When using PayPal, some of your information is shared with them, including the payment amount and billing details necessary to complete the transaction.

If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, your personal information is passed to Santander Bank for processing.
