A single 8mm faceted Shell Pearl set onto a lovely sterling silver pendant bale and finished with a sterling silver 16-inch chain with a 2-inch extender making the chain length 18 inches.

A traditional lore use of Mother of Pearl is to purify environments. Crystal healing and folklore say that Mother of Pearl is helpful for high blood pressure, dizziness, improving vision, cataracts, and wound healing.

Mother of Pearl is not a natural gemstone but it is a natural product of the mollusc. Developed by an irritation inside the shell from a grain of sand.
