Returns, Refunds and Repairs:

At Jewellery Dreams, every piece of jewellery is quality checked before it leaves our studio and your Jewellery should reach you in prime condition. If the jewellery you bought faults within 14 days, please contact me on 07772 826772 or email me at jacqui.alves@jewellerydreams.com. 
I can not accept returns for commissioned bespoke orders or Earrings. But please contact us if your jewellery becomes faulty within 14 days of you receiving the item. If I do not hear from you, I will assume you’re happy with your Jewellery.

Faulty Items: 

Faulty jewellery must be posted back within 14 days of you receiving it. Before posting the jewellery back to me, send me an email with your name and address, email address and Phone number. Plus, a copy of the invoice and the reason for your return, I am not able to accept returns that have not had a prior agreement before returning.

I will then send you a returns form by email, which you need to print off, you can also copy and paste the returns form which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions page. Sign, date and place the returns form in a padded envelope along with your invoice and the item you wish to return. This must be returned within the 14 days period and you are more than welcome to re-use the padded envelope it came in. Please return it by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and send the jewellery to the return address that you will find on your Invoice, we cannot accept responsibility for the item until it’s received by us and we recommend that you buy postage with insurance & proof of postage. Whatever the problem is! I’m sure it can be sorted. 

Postage costs of sending any product back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Any items lost in transit by Royal Mail are not considered for a Refund unless it was sent back by Royal mail Recorded with Insurance. I will send back your Jewellery free of any postage

Refunds can be arranged if you are not satisfied with your Jewellery within 14 days of receiving it. Please email me with your good reasons for a refund.

Items not entitled to a refund:

  • Jewellery which is not in its original, good saleable condition, with its tags removed and gift bags are not returned, will make it incomplete.
  • An item that you have worn or you have damaged. I will offer a repair within 1 month which you will be invoiced for my time and for the materials.
  • A commissioned item that is a contract for jewellery handmade to your requirements and the deposit paid are not- refundable. 
  • We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations. We cannot accept the return of pierced items such as Earrings for a refund. If the Earrings have a fault, I offer a Repair within 14 days of you receiving them.

Repairs: 

Faulty jewellery can be returned for a free repair within 14 days of receiving it. If you caused the damage or the break, I would have to charge you for the repair for all the materials used cost of the work and postage.

Earrings. Because of the health and safety laws, this does not apply to earrings but I will repair faulty earrings if the fault happens within the 14 days of you receiving them.

Bespoke Orders for Jewellery:

When you have paid a Deposit for a commissioned design. You will receive updates throughout the process and the making of your Jewellery. Please make sure that the sizes you have given me are 100% correct. I cannot correct the mistakes of the sizes you give me, particularly for a ring.

All Bespoke Jewellery Custom handmade to order is an agreed contract between us and is not refundable, the deposits are also non-refundable. If your finished Bespoke Jewellery faults within 14 days of receiving it, it’s entitled to have a free repair.  A Non-Refundable Deposit already paid for your Bespoke order that was completed and suddenly is not required by you, will have to be sold on this site and you are not entitled to a refund. This will pay for the hours of work already done, any Hallmarks, the extra Materials and the gemstones bought and sourced to finish your Jewellery Piece.

Jewellery Sizes:

I can not give refunds for the wrong sizes that you gave me for the jewellery items custom handmade for you. It is not possible to replace the size of the silver Jewellery once it’s finished. You must be 100% correct with the sizes you pass on to me from the beginning. If the wrong sizes were given for your beaded Jewellery design, I will be able to alter that item. But I must charge for the extra work done, for any materials used and the Postage.
