Postage

The Postal service we use is Royal Mail, and the prices we charge you for posting your packaging are defined by Royal Mail. Their postage prices can change at any time.

We will post your Jewellery items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery of £4.95 for the UK without additional insurance, covering you for items valued up to £50. 

Recorded delivery with insurance is £7.00, recommended, covering your jewellery pieces valued from £50 and more if your package gets lost or damaged in the post, you can claim compensation from Royal Mail.

Do you require special delivery or next-day delivery? 

If you want to send your gifts by special or next-day delivery, this service is £6.50. Postage includes all packaging.

Royal Mail Delivery takes 2 to 3 days for recorded delivery with or without insurance.

The post is added at checkout once you have given your postcode & address. I will permit up to two items in one packet posted in the UK only. 

Your Jewellery items are sent to you with a gift box inside a padded envelope, protecting them in the post. Postage paid with insurance will secure your packet if it gets lost or damaged.

Visit the website:http://www.royalmail.co.uk for more postal prices. Orders already sent will not be affected by any postal increases. For Bespoke jewellery orders, post is shown on your final payment invoice. 

Postal charges- are fixed by the weight, size, and value of the packaging in the UK. Sending items to other countries can be arranged but will vary in price. 

You should receive it within two working days, Monday to Friday, depending on where you are in the UK. There are no delivery services at the weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Christmas holidays. So, please consider these times when ordering. 

If I receive an order after 1 pm on a Friday, it is sent on Monday morning. Christmas orders for posting must be in by the 15th of December of any year. 

Jewellery sent to you in the post will have a security tag attached, do not remove this tag from the piece until you have checked it and made sure the Jewellery is in a satisfying condition. If tags are removed, then you are not entitled to a refund or a repair if you find any faults.

Postage for Other Countries.

Other Countries are not included in Jewellery Dreams for postal services, but if you are not from the UK and would like to buy crystal jewellery from me? Contact me, and I will find out how much the postage and customs tax will cost to post it to your Country. You must pay the customs tax and postage before your orders are posted to you.
