For Cancellation’s and Faulty Items – Please communicate with me if there’s a fault with your jewellery within 14 days to arrange a repair or a replacement. You have the right to return items bought from our Shop within 14 days from day 1 of receiving your item, this does not refer to Custom Bespoke Jewellery orders.
When returning your Jewellery it must be in unworn condition and returned with the original articles of gift bag/boxes. Return postage must be paid for by you and your refund will be less the initial delivery postage payment, refunds will be made after the jewellery been checked for any damage. Please see Returns, Refund and Repairs Policy.
We are unable to give refunds or a replacement if the jewellery shows indications of being used and if the damage was caused by you through an accident, negligence or ill-usage.
We cannot give refunds or exchanges for any Earrings you purchased from Jewellery Dreams because of health and safety laws.
I will provide a repair if the piece becomes faulty within 14 days, if it’s after 14 days I must charge for the materials and any extra work performed.
I affirm that the jewellery you are returning must be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with insurance. Any other delivery method is at your own risk, we will be unable to refund for items lost in transit and where they are not insured in transit. Return postage cost must be paid for by the Purchaser, the Jewellery must have its tags in place, you must return your jewellery with its gift bags and in its original condition unless it’s faulty.
Unique Bespoke Jewellery commissions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement I will allow a repair if the piece is faulty within 14 days of receiving it and I will return it to you free of charge. Deposits for custom Bespoke orders are non-refundable as these Jewellery orders are classified as personal contracted order.

Buying Jewellery Dreams gift cards are as convenient, close to cash as you can get without giving them some money. They offer a complete variety of choices for who you are buying for they can only be used to buy Jewellery from our Jewellery Dreams shop. They can be sent to your email address or an email of your choice. I require 2 days notification for sending it out on the day that you want this email sent. Each gift card contains its codes to use at the checkout. If you require a special event gift card, please contact me 3 days Before including the message you want to be printed onto the card, they are valid for 12 months from the date of buying them. Gift cards are not eligible for a refund but can be used to go towards any of the Jewellery in the shop or for a personal bespoke Jewellery design.
Terms and Conditions will apply to all contracts for the sale of Jewellery and Bespoke Orders by the Seller to the Buyer. To the exclusion of all other terms and conditions related to offered or relied on by the Buyer. Whether in the agreement or at any step in the dealings between the participants. Including any standard or printed terms presented.

Price Alterations: We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Products in the Shop will be sold at the current List Price, the final price is exclusive of VAT or any other applicable costs. All Postage and packaging must be paid for by the Buyer for any of the goods bought from the shop. Extra cost like Hallmarking and Postage Prices are subject to change without notice and they are priced as an extra item to your order.
Online Payments is by PayPal or BAC’s, Bank Transfer this must be arranged with your personal bank, These are all acceptable methods of payment. Shop bought Items must be paid for when you check out your basket.
Our Terms for your finished Bespoke commissions are to be paid in full within 14 days once you have received the final payment Invoice. All goods remain the property of Jewellery Dreams, Jacqui Alves until paid for in full. Final payment of the price will include any other applicable costs added which will be shown on the Invoice for full payment.
Payment of Deposits for Bespoke/Commissioned Jewellery is Non-Refundable. For any Bespoke items ordered the price is Estimated for the Jewellery Piece you want to be made and this price I will try to keep to but sometimes the final price will be on the final Invoice with a break down of all the items you are paying for. If there is a small increase in price, this may be due to the extra layout cost of buying the materials, added Hallmarks and Postage.
If payment of the full price or any parts thereof is not made by the due date, I am entitled to:
The right to end the contract for Non-Payment of goods. Any Deposits paid are Non-Refundable. If the contracted commission jewellery is complete and payments are not received after 14 days. I have the right to sell that piece on our Jewellery Dreams shop website. The sale of any bespoke completed items will help to pay for the hours of work and anything materials used it cost to make and complete that order.
Your Items are Posted in the U.K. by Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery, I charge a flat rate of £3.95. The U.K only. The price for this service varies and It is subject to change without notice. Jewellery that is worth over £50 I must use recorded delivery with insurance, this usually cost from £6.95, this protects your Jewellery from any damaged or lost by the Royal Mail and I will always make sure that your Jewellery is sent out on time. I cannot guarantee or replace any Items If the delivery of any items were not delivered by Royal Mail. Whether the order is under the contract or not. Without incurring any liability whatsoever to the seller for non-delivery. Or any delay in delivery. This is one of the very good reasons to pay recorded delivery with Insurance cost. There will be a tracking number on all Packets posted by Recorded or Special Delivery. You or I can check where your Packet is by checking on the Royal Mail website, the tracking numbers supplied on your final Invoice.
Bespoke/commissioned silversmith Jewellery designs can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to make, A crystal beaded design can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive a notification of the progress of your order. Times for making depends on how busy I am with other orders and if I have the gemstone in stock. If the gemstones have to be sourced your jewellery order may take longer to make.
Crystal Healing and Reiki Healing enhancement must not be relied on. Crystal healing information is from crystal books that I own. It does not represent the sole opinion of us at Jewellery Dreams. This information is not to replace the advice of a doctor. Should you have any medical conditions, please see your medical practitioner first. You can use Reiki healing alongside medical treatments but not in place of it. Under no circumstances should these be in place of your Doctor’s advice! It may help alongside them but these are not a guarantee that they will have an effect.

Crystal healing qualities are in use as supports to alternative healing, they are not used as any healthcare advice or prescriptions but can work along with your doctor’s prescriptions and health advice.
According to sterling silver regulations, I sell my silver jewellery under the rules and regulations of the Hallmarking Act of 1973. I am a member of the London Assay Office and hallmarking prices are subject to change without notice. The hallmarking law’s states that all silver that weighs over 7.78 grams has to have a hallmark by an Assay office. If the sterling silver is under that weight it only needs to have a 925 mark, Sterling Silver weight is in Grams, this weight does not include any stones that may be in a design. The crystals weight is by carat weight. You will see my hallmark on the shop page. The cost to have a Hallmark done must be paid for by the buyer, London assay office prices vary for Hallmarking it can be from £29.95 for each single jewellery item sent.
